Mentorship
We offer a supportive network for health professionals seeking to conduct forensic evaluations, especially those new to the field. Our highly skilled and experienced evaluators mentor trainees through their initial cases.
To ensure ongoing learning and prevent burnout, we facilitate quarterly mentorship meetings that include case review, consultation, and small group support. By fostering a sense of community, we make this challenging yet vital work sustainable.
Since our inception, we have trained over 100 health professionals, supporting evaluators in assessing complex forensic asylum cases through peer education and continuous knowledge building.
