Pro Bono Forensic Evaluations for Immigration Cases
Expert Documentation for Your Client's Story
Forensic medical and psychological evaluations are among the most powerful forms of corroborating evidence in immigration cases. Courts have consistently recognized that objective clinical documentation of trauma, persecution, and abuse can be decisive in determining outcomes—yet for most clients, qualified evaluators are out of reach.
MHRC provides a centralized referral system that matches your clients with trained clinicians who perform comprehensive pro bono evaluations. Our network of over 200 volunteer physicians, psychologists, and mental health professionals produces forensic documentation that meets evidentiary standards for immigration proceedings.
